GEO Audit and 90-Day Visibility Strategy for a Regional HQ
GCC AI search presence established from zero. 4 of 24 target queries showing citations at 90 days.
The situation
A multinational company’s MENA regional headquarters in Dubai was preparing to launch a new B2B service line targeting GCC enterprises. The VP of Strategy wanted to ensure that when prospective customers searched for this category of service in AI search engines, the company would appear as a credible option from day one of launch.
The challenge: the parent company’s global website had extensive content and strong domain authority, but the GCC-specific content was thin and the regional entity (the Dubai HQ) was not clearly differentiated from the global brand in structured data. AI search queries with UAE or GCC location intent were returning global pages, not regional pages.
What the audit found
The GEO Optimization Audit assessed visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot for 24 target queries relevant to the new service line. Key findings: the global domain was indexed but not cited for GCC-specific queries; the regional office had no dedicated schema; service descriptions used global framing without GCC-market specificity; and there were no FAQ assets addressing the questions GCC enterprise buyers typically ask.
The audit produced a prioritised action plan with three waves: immediate (schema fixes and entity disambiguation, zero content changes), 30-day (GCC-specific service page content and FAQ development), and 90-day (case study content and third-party citation building).
The outcome
The audit and roadmap were delivered within two weeks of engagement start. The immediate-wave schema changes were implemented within three weeks. By the 90-day mark, the regional entity was appearing in Perplexity results for four of the 24 target queries — a measurable baseline established before the full content investment was complete.
The VP of Strategy used the audit report as an internal business case for a larger GEO and content investment, securing budget for the 30-day and 90-day content waves.
